- Preheat oven to 375°F. Place salt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and ginger in a large bowl and whisk with a fork until dissolved. Whisk eggs, sour cream, and tomato, then add to flour mixture and whisk until blended. The dough should come together and form a ball. Knead for a few minutes until dough feels smooth. Set dough aside and cover with plastic wrap to keep it warm.
